Combining candlesticks with classical bar charting
Candlestick charts are used to extract the maximum information from the daily price action. And Fibonacci retracement and extensions play a greater role than in the longer term charts - but the overall discipline and predictive power of classical bar charting is retained.
Coverage
The guide is wide ranging and covers 9 of the major government bonds and short rate contracts: Schatz, Bobl, TNotes, Bunds, Gilts, Eurodollars, Short Sterling, Euribor and EuroSwiss and this has proved popular and useful. By covering all of these markets each day and cross-referencing them, false signals from any one market are minimised and their relative merits are highlighted.
