19th Jul - Initial Bull Sign in CRB Index?

19 July 2013

MONTHLY CHART:

The index has been slipping back towards the 285.300 61.8% retracement, site of previous support. Will it hold above here?

DAILY CHART:

See how clear support came from the falling support line, which has prompted a rebound. There has been an initial break of the falling resistance line, and retest of the prior 290.00 resistance area, stimulating bulls’ interest.

But of more importance is a) the 293.042 38.2% retracement and b) the projected channel top just above 295.000. Breaks of these would provide a clear bull signal.
